Terms of Service

By accessing or using EventoraX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Platform Use

You may use EventoraX for legitimate event management, registration, attendance, and certificate issuance purposes. You may not use the platform for illegal activities, spamming, harassment, or fraudulent certificate issuance.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate organization and billing information.
• You must not share admin credentials with unauthorized individuals.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed as per the selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.). Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in feature downgrade or account suspension after a grace period.

4. Certificate Integrity

You agree to use the certificate generation feature only for genuine attendees and participants. Fraudulent certificate issuance is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your organization's event data, registration data, and certificates. We do not claim ownership of your data. We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each organization operates in a completely isolated workspace. Your data is never accessible to or shared with other organizations on the platform.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Unplanned downtime does not entitle users to refunds unless specified in our refund policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to access other organizations' data or the superadmin system
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Using the platform to send spam, phishing messages, or malicious content
• Creating fake events, fake certificates, or deceptive registrations
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the platform without written permission

9. Intellectual Property

EventoraX, its design, code, branding, and all platform-generated materials are the intellectual property of the platform owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform — with or without prior notice at our sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EventoraX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sindh, Pakistan.
