Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with EventoraX. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.

1. Free Trial

All plans include a free trial period (as configured by the platform). No payment is charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends with no obligation or charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Refund requests made after the eligible window
  • Renewals of existing subscriptions (only new purchases are eligible)
  • Plans purchased during a promotional discount period (unless within 7-day window)
  • Custom Enterprise plans (subject to separate agreement)

4. How to Request a Refund

Email admin@eventorax.com with:

  • Your organization name and registered email
  • Invoice number (found in your billing dashboard)
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Your payment method (Stripe/PayPal/JazzCash/etc.)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa refunds may take up to 7 additional business days depending on the payment provider.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard (Dashboard → Billing). Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Payment Method Specific Notes

  • Stripe/PayPal: Refunds are processed automatically to the original card or PayPal account.
  • JazzCash/Easypaisa: Refunds are processed manually. Please provide your wallet number in the refund request.
  • Bank Transfer: Provide your bank account details (IBAN, account title) for the refund transfer.
