We want you to be completely satisfied with EventoraX. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.
All plans include a free trial period (as configured by the platform). No payment is charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends with no obligation or charge.

| 7–30 days after payment | Partial refund | Pro-rated for unused days, at our discretion. |
| After 30 days | No refund | You may cancel to stop future billing. |
| Yearly plans — within 14 days | Full refund | First purchase of a yearly plan. |

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa refunds may take up to 7 additional business days depending on the payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard (Dashboard → Billing). Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
