2. Certificate Integrity Disclaimer

EventoraX provides tools for generating and verifying digital certificates. The authenticity, validity, and accuracy of certificates are the sole responsibility of the issuing organization (tenant). EventoraX acts as a technology platform only and does not independently verify the credentials, qualifications, or participation of certificate recipients.

• Organizations are fully responsible for issuing certificates only to legitimate participants.
• Fraudulent certificate issuance is strictly prohibited and violates our Terms of Service.
• We cannot be held liable for certificates issued fraudulently by tenant organizations.

3. Payment Disclaimer

All payments on EventoraX are processed via third-party payment gateways (JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer). We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from these payment providers. Subscription payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, EventoraX and its founder shall not be liable for:
